3 The values that display for each code default from the corresponding global object code<br />

definition. Establish the overrides for this environment as follows:<br />

In the Object Library, Source File, and Source Library fields, type the new value in<br />

the appropriate field. The default value *NONE in any of these fields indicates the<br />

field does not allow entry and must first be changed at the global level.<br />

In the Act Flg field, type Y to activate the object code for the environment. The object<br />

code must be active to check out or promote using the object code. Type N to<br />

deactivate the object code.<br />

In the Rmv Obj and Rmv Src fields, specify whether to delete the corresponding<br />

object and/or source upon successful completion of a promotion request from this<br />

environment. Specify Y to delete the item. Specify N to retain the item.<br />

4 Press ENTER to process your changes. The Change Environment panel (or Create<br />

Environment panel) displays.<br />

To set up IFS directories for an environment<br />

1 From the Work with Environments panel, type option 20=Directory setup next to the<br />

environment and press ENTER. The Work with Environments Directory Setup panel<br />

displays.<br />
