Twenty-two percent of the physically-demanding tasks were associated with carrying loads,<br />

but also utilising the whole body to perform the activity. To satisfactorily perform these tasks,<br />

one must be able to carry a load of 50-60 kg over distances from 100-220 metres. The most<br />

commonly performed general movement action involved upper-body lift and carriage (39% of<br />

observed tasks). The second most common primary fitness attribute associated with this trade<br />

was local muscle endurance; identified within 39% of the observed tasks (Table 2).<br />
