in the quality of results (number of mistakes) was, quite to the contrary, statistically<br />

different following a four-week BR period if compared to the pre-BR period. Namely,<br />

in relation hereof, the results show an improvement in the participants’ concentration<br />

ability.<br />

DISCUSSION<br />

On the basis of calculated correlations between the studied variables, we observed a<br />

significant positive relation between the level of anxiety and the number of mistakes<br />

made during the concentration test – correlation coefficient in pre-BR period r=0.56<br />
