that he would clone him if possible…<br />

no longer have production problems.<br />
l Technical – Alin CAPRARIU<br />
A complete engineer. The development of<br />
<strong>the</strong> new packaging area, a project he was<br />
totally involved in, is <strong>the</strong> argument which<br />
convinced Dorel Bodea to propose him<br />
among this year’s laureates.<br />
l Rendering – Adrian BELEI<br />
He joined <strong>the</strong> Rendering team in 2007, as<br />
operator. With a positive attitude, it was<br />
only a matter of time to become a successful<br />
team leader.<br />
l Financial – Ana Maria SERBAN<br />
A person <strong>we</strong> can all count on. She took over<br />
many of Aira’s responsibilities, while also<br />
handling successfully all her financial reporting<br />
and SOX tasks.<br />

Hard working, loyal and discreet. She is not<br />
so bad in terms of competence ei<strong>the</strong>r, and<br />
she also does not blush to tell you what she<br />
truly thinks.<br />

He has been working with <strong>the</strong> company<br />
for almost 4 years. He started at <strong>the</strong> warehouse<br />
of refrigerated products, an administrator<br />
without a team, he created <strong>the</strong><br />
team and took <strong>the</strong> fresh pork deliveries to<br />
a level of excellence.<br />
l Sales – Ionut CRETU<br />
He quickly learned a profession that o<strong>the</strong>rs<br />
need 20 years to master. He is tenacious,<br />
does not give up in difficult situations, is<br />
resilient to stress. Results – he managed<br />
to sell by himself a volume equivalent to<br />
120,000 pigs/year.<br />
