Zache is very hard working and helps on a
daily basis with production organization on
the two lines he is in charge of. His boss confesses
that he would clone him if possible…
(it’s true, not only him…) and so he would
no longer have production problems.
l Technical – Alin CAPRARIU
A complete engineer. The development of
the new packaging area, a project he was
totally involved in, is the argument which
convinced Dorel Bodea to propose him
among this year’s laureates.
l Rendering – Adrian BELEI
He joined the Rendering team in 2007, as
operator. With a positive attitude, it was
only a matter of time to become a successful
team leader.
l Financial – Ana Maria SERBAN
A person we can all count on. She took over
many of Aira’s responsibilities, while also
handling successfully all her financial reporting
and SOX tasks.
l Legal – Stefania SURDE
Hard working, loyal and discreet. She is not
so bad in terms of competence either, and
she also does not blush to tell you what she
truly thinks.
l Logistics – Razvan GONCIULEA
He has been working with the company
for almost 4 years. He started at the warehouse
of refrigerated products, an administrator
without a team, he created the
team and took the fresh pork deliveries to
a level of excellence.
l Sales – Ionut CRETU
He quickly learned a profession that others
need 20 years to master. He is tenacious,
does not give up in difficult situations, is
resilient to stress. Results – he managed
to sell by himself a volume equivalent to
120,000 pigs/year.
