II/III, Assistant Stores Officer, Receptionist, Programmer (IT)
and Sanitary Inspector.
The Interview is at Academic Block, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar on 5 th Nov 2012
at 2 PM. Come with all original documents with one set of attested photocopy.

Qualifications
1. Librarian Grade-II
(i) B.Sc. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Degree or equivalent Diploma in Lib. Science of a recognized Institution or
University.
(iii) 3 Years’ experience in a library of standing.
(iv) Ability to use computers.
2. Librarian Grade-III
(i) B.Sc. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Degree or equivalent Diploma in Lib. Science of a recognized Institution or
University.
(iii) 2 Years’ experience in a library of standing.
(iv) Ability to use computers.
3. Junior Warden
Matriculation from a recognized board.
Experience in House Keeping/Materials Management/Public Relations/Estate
Management and other related areas.
OR
A certificate of formal training in House Keeping/Materials Management/Public
Relations/Estate Management and other related areas.
4. Assistant Stores Officer.
(i) Master’s Degree in Economics/Commerce/Statistics
Three years experience in handling stores in Healthcare sector
Or
(ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Commerce/Statistics
Five years experience in handling stores in Healthcare sector.
(iii) Desirable : Post-graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management from a
Recognised Institution.

5. Receptionist
(i) Degree from a recognized University.
Desirable :
1. Post-graduate Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations.
2. Experience in Public Relations/Publications/Printing/Publishing.
3. Exposure to working on Personal Computer.
6. Sanitary Inspector Grade-I.
1. Matriculation equivalent from a recognised board.
2. Certificate of Sanitary Course from a recognised institute.
3. 10 years’ experience in the line in a hospital of repute.
7. Programmer (IT).
BE/B.Tech/MCA/BSc with Diploma in Computer Application + 5 years experience in
IT systems/Networking/Hardware configuration/Software Programming.
