M/s Frischmann Prabhu I Pvt Ltd has<br />

prepared the EIA report. The following<br />

members has prepared EIA report,<br />

1. Mr. Nambiar ME (Env) 15 Yrs<br />

2. Mr. K.S.Shah B.E. 35 Yrs<br />

3. Mr. Bharat Manek B.E. 12 Yrs<br />

Approximately 311 ha. of land will<br />

required to be acquired for the project<br />

(including Two bypasses namely Borsad<br />

Bypass and Vasad Bypass respectively)<br />

The land use break up of acquired land:<br />

Agricultural land <strong>–</strong> 90%<br />

Barren Land<br />

Commercial <strong>–</strong> 10%<br />

Residential<br />

Provisions of as per land acquisition Act,<br />

1894<br />

Approximately 1700 trees will be cut for<br />

expansion main species are Neem, Siras,<br />

babul, khijadia, pipal, ambli, & bordi are<br />

to be cut.<br />

So far no tree is cut hence no<br />

compensation is paid.
