M/s Frischmann Prabhu I Pvt Ltd has
prepared the EIA report. The following
members has prepared EIA report,
1. Mr. Nambiar ME (Env) 15 Yrs
2. Mr. K.S.Shah B.E. 35 Yrs
3. Mr. Bharat Manek B.E. 12 Yrs
Approximately 311 ha. of land will
required to be acquired for the project
(including Two bypasses namely Borsad
Bypass and Vasad Bypass respectively)
The land use break up of acquired land:
Agricultural land – 90%
Barren Land
Commercial – 10%
Residential
Provisions of as per land acquisition Act,
1894
Approximately 1700 trees will be cut for
expansion main species are Neem, Siras,
babul, khijadia, pipal, ambli, & bordi are
to be cut.
So far no tree is cut hence no
compensation is paid.
