Jane is of White/British parentage. On the 16.06.08 she weighed 5.50kgs and
was 63cms in length. She has curly light brown hair and large blue eyes. Jane
has a fair complexion. She has a small red birth mark on the nape of her neck.
Briefly describe the child’s personality 6
Jane presents as a happy and contented baby. She responds appropriately to
stimulation and is comforted easily when distressed. She smiles readily and
laughs and gurgles and she enjoys the attention of the adults around her. Jane
is currently reaching all her developmental milestones and there are no concerns
regarding her health or development.
