Mr Green refused to provide information on his extended
family.
In addition to noting the chronology described in the point
above the following highlight facts pertaining to Mr Green
specifically.
14.10.04 Ross was born to Tina and Simon Green, a childhood
friend. The department data-base identified Simon Green
as Simon Doe a person who had allegedly sexually abused
a 7 year old female child. Simon Green denied that he was
Simon Doe.
24.02.05 In a Leicester County Court Judgement regarding the Doe
family the Judge is recorded as stating “It seems to me that
the allegations which the Local Authority made of the ways
in which the threshold criteria in this case are satisfied
(physical abuse, sexual abuse, inadequate care, neglect of
the youngest children) are all supported by abundant and
clear evidence. The children in this family were at risk of
significant harm up to the dates when the Local Authority
was forced to intervene.
30.04.05 Simon Green formally John Doe married Tina Green at
Leicester Register Office.
20.08.05 The Family Proceedings court made a Finding of Facts that
Simon Green is the same person as Simon Doe.
27.04.06 Home visit to Mr and Mrs Green to discuss the concealed
pregnancy. Simon still continuing to deny he was Simon
Doe.
14.02.08 Prior to the pre birth conference on Jane Simon was asked
again if he was Simon Doe. He admitted that he used to be
called Simon Doe but he wanted to keep the Green name
going, as that was his mother’s name. Simon stated that he
didn’t have any nieces but that he would let the social
worker know if he found out that he had.
