TREASURER’S REPORT
We finished the year with funds in the bank due to increased grant contributions, and our best
sponsorship result for some years mainly due to the Gabba box promotion. An initial coaching
clinic contributed a profit and set the scene for future successes in this important area. Improved
cash flow meant we were able to meet our grounds commitments on time and we recognize the
contribution made by our Junior colleagues. There is a Government grant for $33,000 still to be
acquitted when the work is completed. There are some minor expenses still to be charged.
Collection of fees has improved but there are still some outstanding accounts to be collected.
This should result in a surplus of $3000.
