Application: Schneider Adapter
Rings provide convenient access for
Series 9 and 4.5” drop-in filters.
To facilitate the use of drop-in filters
on threaded and unthreaded lens
barrels, Schneider introduces the Set
Screw Lock Ring Adapters (SSLR) and
the standard Direct Screw-on Adapter.
Both are precision-manufactured
using high-grade aluminum and are
coated with a black anodized finish.
Schneider SSLRs permit you to
attach large filters to wide-angle zoom
lenses, without vignetting. The SSLR slips
on the outside circumference of the
lens barrel and is firmly secured by an
internal locking ring and a set-screw.

aluminum set-screw eventually strips

the threads of the aluminum ring,
Schneider SSLRs contain stainless
steel threaded inserts & compatible
set-screws that prevent stripping,
jamming and cross-threading. The
durable delrin plastic internal lock-ring
secures to the lens firmly without
marring the barrel. A wide variety of
interchangeable locking rings are
available to permit one SSLR to fit
different diameter lens barrels.
Schneider Direct Screw-on Adapters,
sometimes referred to as step-up rings,
are mounted directly to the front thread
of the lens and provide access to a
larger size round drop-in filter.
Rhino Glass
Application:
Protective anti-reflective water-white
glass for onboard monitors, vector
scopes, and waveform monitors.
Made from water-white precision optical
glass and treated with a durable
anti-reflective coating, Rhino Glass
cost-effectively protects the screens of
expensive on-board monitors. Attaching
with Velcro ® or RTV provides easy
removal for cleaning or replacement.
Can be cleaned with common glass
cleaners. Available in popular sizes.

Hoods provide rugged reliability and
performance, plus lens protection that
is unmatched by other lens hoods.
The Schneider rubber Lens Hood is
lock-sealed to either a Series 9 or
4.5” threaded, black aluminum
mounting ring.
