The completed registration form (see end of this document) should be filled before
August 1 ST , 2012.
Early Registration fee: 2,500 US$ for one person (double bedroom) or 3,000 US$ for one
person in a single room.
Late registration will be available from Aug. 2 nd to October 1 st .
Late Registration fee: 2,800 US$ for one person (double bedroom) or 3,300 US$ for one
person in a single room.

Registration fee includes: 8 nights (25/11/2012-1/12/2012) in Hotel in Israel, full
board, lectures, course material (printed & on CD), a 6 week licensed full version of
SPSS 19 software, coffee and tea throughout the workshop and the one day tour
including transport, entrance fees and 3 meals.
