General information Date and Venue The 6 day Workshop will take place from November 25 th to December 1 st 2012, in hotel in Israel (including arrival on Nov. 24 th evening and leaving on Dec. 2 nd morning). An extra one day tour (Dec.1 st ) to the Dead Sea, Massada and Jerusalem is included 1 . Language English (without translation). Target group Veterinarians with sound experience in the care of dairy cows and an interest in Herd Health programs are welcome to join us for the workshop. Registration The completed registration form (see end of this document) should be filled before August 1 ST , 2012. Early Registration fee: 2,500 US$ for one person (double bedroom) or 3,000 US$ for one person in a single room. Late registration will be available from Aug. 2 nd to October 1 st .
