Applicable codes include International Building Code (IBC) 2000, Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) 2000, Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC) 2000, and National Electric Code (NEC) 2002. 7. CHECKLIST A, Prolect Deliverables, GCSD is responsible for the following construction-related dellverables: aJ ALTAlACSM Survey . (Article 2.2(b)(i) of the Development and Management Agreement). ALTA stands for American Land ntle Association. ACSM stands for Amercian Congress on Surveying and Mapping. An ALTNACSM survey shows improvements, easements, nghts-of-way, and other elements impacting the commercial use of land. A utilty plan depicting utility mains and proposed service lines to the Site, showing lines types and sizes. c) Grading and Drainage Plan . A grading and drainage plan for the Site, as it will be developed, depicting both existing and proposed contours, slopes, drainage patterns and drainage structures, if any, such pian to be designed to mitigate any impact that may result if the Site is located in a flood zone. d) Landscape Plan . A landscape plan for the Site, as it will be developed, as proposed by Manager or otherwise required by the applicable governmental agencies, indicating at least type and size of plant materials. e) Lighting and Signage Details . lighting and signage details, with dimensions and materials of sign areas proposed. f) Liabilty Insurance . Pursuant to Article 7 of the Skywalk Agreement: Commercial general liabilty and business automobile liabilty insurance in amounts satisfactoiy to SNW, but in any event not less than a combined single limit of $10,000,000 for each occurrence. 8.
