. 6. INSPECTION UPDATE<br />

A. <strong>Construction</strong> Inspection.<br />

. Code Compliance. P&D Consultants stated that the building has been built to code.<br />

Applicable codes include International Building Code (IBC) 2000, Uniform Plumbing Code<br />

(UPC) 2000, Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC) 2000, and National Electric Code (NEC)<br />

2002.<br />

7. CHECKLIST<br />

A, Prolect Deliverables, GCSD is responsible for the following construction-related dellverables:<br />

aJ ALTAlACSM Survey<br />

. (Article 2.2(b)(i) of the Development and Management Agreement). ALTA stands for American<br />

Land ntle Association. ACSM stands for Amercian Congress on Surveying and Mapping. An<br />

ALTNACSM survey shows improvements, easements, nghts-of-way, and other elements impacting<br />

the commercial use of land. Standards for an ALTNACSM Survey may be found at:<br />

b) Utilty Plan<br />

. A utilty plan depicting utility mains and proposed service lines to the Site, showing lines types and<br />

sizes.<br />

c) Grading and Drainage Plan<br />

. A grading and drainage plan for the Site, as it will be developed, depicting both existing and<br />

proposed contours, slopes, drainage patterns and drainage structures, if any, such pian to be<br />

designed to mitigate any impact that may result if the Site is located in a flood zone.<br />

d) Landscape Plan<br />

. A landscape plan for the Site, as it will be developed, as proposed by Manager or otherwise<br />

required by the applicable governmental agencies, indicating at least type and size of plant<br />

materials.<br />

e) Lighting and Signage Details<br />

. lighting and signage details, with dimensions and materials of sign areas proposed.<br />

f) Liabilty Insurance<br />

. Pursuant to Article 7 of the <strong>Skywalk</strong> Agreement: Commercial general liabilty and business<br />

automobile liabilty insurance in amounts satisfactoiy to SNW, but in any event not less than a<br />

combined single limit of $10,000,000 for each occurrence.<br />
