letter addressing Ground Level Entry recommended revisions was distrbuted to the<br />

entering the <strong>Skywalk</strong> construction site without wearing hard hats. A solution was<br />

discussed that would include a waiver of liabilty on the <strong>Skywalk</strong> entry ticket.<br />
