. The short-term solution for IT/telecom capacity at EP involves establishing microwave<br />

connectivity at GCW and mounting a microwave dish on the <strong>Skywalk</strong> Roof Deck. Two<br />

proposals are being considered by GCRC's Board of Directors for microwave services.<br />

and, RFI changes (existing and future), Owner/Developer Changes (if any), are NOT represented<br />

. Exterior Stone, The extemal insulation finish system (EIFS) and stack stone are 99%<br />

complete (HC Ramp in the way); however, the application of exterior faux stone was<br />

discussed per the revised architectural rendition of the <strong>Skywalk</strong> by Dozal Ilustrations. It<br />

was recommended to GCSD during the meeting that several representative panels of<br />

faux stone be constructed, transported to GCW and ailowed to weather over time so that<br />

GCW management may examine which manufactured panel best suits the exterior of the<br />

<strong>Skywalk</strong>.<br />

. Weather Delays. The total working days lost to date amount to 38. Delays include (a)<br />

temperature at 35 degrees or below, (b) rain and/or materials wet, (c) fallng snow and/or<br />

standing snow, and (d) wind (excessive for specialized construction).<br />
