2. INTRODUCTION<br />

A brief Introduction was offered by Robert Mudd regarding the <strong>Skywalk</strong> project and the need to<br />

adequately fund improvements, once they are fully designed.<br />

3, REVIEW OF MINUTES<br />

The minutes for the 1/14/09 <strong>Skywalk</strong> meeting were approved by consensus.<br />

4. EAGLE POINT MASTER PLAN<br />

A, Design Development. The topographical survey at Eagle Point (EP) was finalized on<br />

2/09/09 and forwarded to Weller Architects to begin design development of the EP Master Plan.<br />

Between 2/09/09 and 3/04/09 (18 working days), Weller Architects and JEL & Associates<br />

substantially developed the scheme for the site plan that was approved by the Hualapai Tribal<br />

Council on 11/24/08. Design development to date includes:<br />

. Bus Staging. Development of bus staging zone around EasVWest axis, Spring Fall<br />

Equinox Sunset.<br />

. EP Outlook Plaza. Identification of outlook plaza at intersection of EasVWest axis and<br />

Summer Solstice Sunset axis, similar to orientation evident at Chaco Canyon.<br />

. Access Road. Development of the primary vehicular access road in the form of a circle<br />

encompassing the Indian Vilage, Amphitheater, <strong>Skywalk</strong> and future GCRC Retail<br />

Cluster. Access road to allow two-way traffc to support fire suppression ingress/egress,<br />

as well as special event and administrative functions.<br />

. Pedestrian Circulation. Identification of exlsling Ramada as potential informational kiosk<br />

for visitor orientation. Development of pathways connecting amenities.<br />

. Vendors, Placement of vendors on primary access leading to <strong>Skywalk</strong>.<br />

. Indian Vilage. Integration of pathway with retail cluster to promote retail ac~vity before<br />

bus pick up and departure.<br />
