RENEWAL OF LAPSED OR UNEXERCISED RIGHTS OF BURIAL FOR<br />
PARTS OF WAVERLEY CEMETERY<br />
The persons listed below are recorded as having been issued Right of Burial Certificates (or Burial<br />
Licenses) for allotments at <strong>Waverley</strong> <strong>Cemetery</strong> before 1960. Rights of Burial for the allotments have<br />
not been exercised and have lapsed. <strong>Notice</strong> is hereby given that <strong>Waverley</strong> <strong>Council</strong> as owners of the<br />
cemetery in exercising its care, control and management of the cemetery will receive applications to<br />
renew all Rights of Burial Certificates for allotments acquired prior to 1961 where the original grantee<br />
or their heirs and successors choose to make a claim. If no successful claim is made the allotments<br />
will be reclaimed and may be made available for continued use. Application forms can be obtained<br />
from the <strong>Waverley</strong> <strong>Cemetery</strong> Office, corner of St Thomas and Trafalgar Streets, Bronte (ph: 02 9665<br />
4938) and must be lodged at the same office with all accompanying documentation and applicable<br />
fees before 4pm 2 nd September 2011.<br />
