HOFSTRA WRESTLING ROOM<br />
Located in the Physical Fitness Center, the Hofstra <strong>Wrestling</strong> Room<br />
provides the Pride with a year-round practice and training facility that is<br />
available to the wrestlers to work out on their own time, as well as<br />
scheduled practice times. The 40x80 room contains double floor mats<br />
and wall mats. The walls of the room are adorned with plaques<br />
commemorating Hofstra’s <strong>Wrestling</strong> All-Americans and poster size<br />
photos of current members of the Pride.<br />
A new conditioning room is located next to the Hofstra <strong>Wrestling</strong> Room.<br />
The conditioning room features Airodyne stationary bicycles,<br />
StairMaster stair climbing machines and treadmills. The room also<br />
contains televisions and VCRs so the wrestlers can watch tapes of their<br />
matches.<br />
