• ADV displays only if Auto Zero Tracking is enabled. The AZT function<br />

accurately tracks the zero of the scale by calculating an additional zero<br />

constant. The portion of zero due to AZT is not incorporated in the zero<br />

constant, but is shown separately.<br />

When ADV is pressed, the system scrolls between Zero and AZT:<br />

ENTER EXIT ADV<br />

When the AZT is disaplyed, the ENTER key incorporates the AZT number<br />

into the Zero constant so the displayed AZT number and percentage<br />

changes to zero.<br />

3.10.3 Span Calibration Scroll<br />

Three simulated load calibration options are available:<br />

• R-Cal<br />

• Test Weights<br />

• Test Chains<br />

Test weights or test chains require additional hardware and handling equipment.<br />

The Integrator allows the operator to select which of the three methods is to be<br />

used for routine calibration. The selection is made in MAIN MENU 2, CAL<br />

DATA SCROLL 1.<br />

3.10.3.1.1 Starting an R-Cal Calibration<br />

Use the following steps to begin an R-Cal Calibration:<br />

1. Press SPAN CAL<br />

The following screen displays<br />

AUTO SPAN R CAL<br />

Run belt empty, then<br />

press START<br />

START EXIT MANUAL<br />

Pressing EXIT or MENU returns the screen to MAIN MENU 1.<br />
