3.3 Front Panel<br />

The front panel (see Figure 3-1) contains the necessary status indicators and<br />

keys to enable the operator to perform calibrations and all required operations<br />

after the Integrator has been configured (see Section 2.5 for configuration<br />

procedures).<br />

Front panel operation, zero calibration, and span calibration are described in this<br />

chapter. A detailed description of all menus and their contents are found in<br />

Appendix A.<br />

The Integrators front panel display includes the following features:<br />

• System status lights that show the status of the weighing process.<br />

• LCD graphic display<br />

• Keypad<br />

3.3.1.1 System Status Lights<br />

The five red status indicators show the status of the Integrator.<br />

• Ready – powered on, no alarm, no calibration running<br />

• Batch – or Load Out running<br />

• Alarm – there is an alarm pending<br />

• Span Calibration in progress.<br />

• Zero Calibration in progress.<br />

3.3.1.2 LCD Graphic Display<br />

The LCD graphic display indicates actual running information or displays menu<br />

entry information.<br />
