The prescaler is a number, which is used to divide the incoming frequency of the
speed sensor(s) to achieve a usable input frequency of approximately 30 Hz.
The prescaler is automatically calculated and should never be altered by the
user. However, a direct entry has been made possible for quick replacement of
the Integrator.
