When the AZT is displayed, the ENTER key incorporates the AZT number into<br />

the Zero constant so the displayed AZT number and percentage changes to zero.<br />

Three simulated load calibration options are available:<br />

• R-Cal<br />

• Test Weights<br />

• Test Chains<br />

Test weights or test chains require additional hardware and handling equipment.<br />

The Integrator allows the operator to select which of the three methods is to be<br />

used for routine calibration. The selection is made in MAIN MENU 2, CAL<br />

DATA SCROLL 1.<br />

A.3.3.1 Starting an R-Cal Calibration<br />

Use the following steps to begin an R-Cal Calibration:<br />

1. Press SPAN CAL<br />

The following screen displays<br />

Run belt empty, then<br />

press START<br />

START EXIT MANUAL<br />

Pressing EXIT or MENU returns the screen to MAIN MENU 1.<br />

Press START to initiate R-Cal span calibration. There is not totalization for<br />

three seconds until the weight signal has stabilized. Go to Section 3.10.3.1.4<br />
