lobed, cut; on both sides naked, and smooth;
apoihecki shieldlike, obliquely adnate to the edge of the
thallus; lower segment free, upper sessile; proUo^er oils flake
forming the centre, coloured, plano-concave, inside similar
or cellularly streaked; timlloid border exceeding.

Thallus pale yellow, underneath very yellow; jags flat,
ascending, torn crenate, crisp; apoihecia elevated, centre
bay colour; tlialloid border crenulate.
