379 TsH hunt for revelation -- Landmark:
The desert nomad’s existence depended on water and
pasture for the flocks and would migrate from one
location to another. Landmarks, such as rivers, wadi's,
mountain ranges, rock outcroppings, valleys, etc. are the
familiar and known markers by which the nomad guides
the migration. Like the nomad, the ship follows the stars
as landmarks to their destination. Through the journey
along the road of life, there are certain requirements,
directions and remembrances, which must be observed
and followed to live a right and prosperous life. It was the
responsibility of the father to teach the landmarks of the
terrain as well as the landmarks of a right life.
