The sanction is subject to the following terms <strong>and</strong> conditions:-<br />
1. The DGM (FPSD) J&K SFC <strong>Jammu</strong> shall ensure that cost <strong>of</strong> <strong>timber</strong> alongwith taxes<br />
prevailing is received in the shape <strong>of</strong> Dem<strong>and</strong> Draft in full as warranted under<br />
rules.<br />
2. The DGM(FPSD) shall ensure that the Consumers lift the <strong>timber</strong> strictly as per the<br />
release <strong>schedule</strong> given above.<br />
3. The DGM (FPSD) shall issue individual case wise sanction on prescribed form<br />
alongwith Release Order/Bill is to be issued on the same day <strong>and</strong> the <strong>timber</strong> is to<br />
be ensured to be lifted by the Consumers subsequently.
4. The <strong>timber</strong> sanctioned is to be released in favour <strong>of</strong> actual <strong>consumers</strong> only, <strong>and</strong> in<br />
some un-avoidable circumstances the same can be released in favour <strong>of</strong> duly<br />
authorised representative <strong>of</strong> the actual consumer.<br />
5. The DGM(FPSD) shall ensure that the original Ration Card/Building Permission is<br />
duly stamped at the time <strong>of</strong> release <strong>of</strong> the stocks.<br />
6. In addition to the above, the conditions laid down in the individual sanctions to be<br />
issued subsequently issued by the DGM (FPSD) are also to be observed in letter &<br />
spirit is also entitled for the purpose.<br />

• The <strong>consumers</strong> are requested to approach O/o Dy G M fair price Bachan Timber sale<br />
Depot <strong>Jammu</strong> as per <strong>schedule</strong> given above, with Dem<strong>and</strong> Draft <strong>of</strong> Balance payment @<br />
Rs 1401/- per cft for Deodar <strong>and</strong> Rs 1003/- per cft for Kail <strong>timber</strong> as per the <strong>timber</strong><br />
quantity sanctioned.<br />
• The <strong>timber</strong> sanctioned is to be released in favour <strong>of</strong> actual <strong>consumers</strong> only,<br />
<strong>and</strong> in some un-avoidable circumstances the same can be released in favour <strong>of</strong> duly<br />
authorised representative <strong>of</strong> the actual consumer.<br />
• The Consumer shall ensure that the original Ration Card/Building<br />
Permission is brought to the <strong>of</strong>fice at the time <strong>of</strong> release <strong>of</strong> <strong>timber</strong>.
