and outdoors, for central switching of different rooms, vacation programs and universal

Operation ...
“Operation“ is the pivotal point of our new generation of digital time switches made by
Grässlin.
Like a mobile phone, programming is self-explanatory:
• 3 text lines for the menues = clear display of the selection options
• Flexible button assignment = clear choice of input commands
• Simple manual switch function = directly accessible without button combinations
... with a system: IR conductor and GPS
Matched to a wide range of needs, the talento plus product line is available in three levels:
talento plus STANDARD – MEDIUM – TOP
The medium class communicates without complicated bus technology via a highly interference-resistant
IR optical waveguide. As a result, IR-linked units always run synchronised
and all switching commands are carried out simultaneously at precisely the set time. The
talento plus system receives the correct time signal anywhere in the world via GPS and
passes it on to all time switches within the system.
An extra feature that, by the way, can also easily be retro-fitted in older systems:
One DCF 77 input is sufficient!
astro: Lighting specialties
The talento 791 plus and 792 plus DCF products are especially well-suited for lighting
applications. Only the longitude and the latitude need to be entered for precice automatic
determination of the times for sunrise and sunset. With an offset time entry the respective
switching times can be moved forward or back.

TalenTo Plus
In addition to all the functions you already know from the talento plus MEDIUM series,
our top-class annual time switch is directed at special requirements and applications.
The modular system design enables an expansion to a maximum of eight channels for
the first time. Up to eight different programs can be stored centrally on the talento
8xx/9xx, which controls the neighboring talento CE plus channel expansions. These
indicate the respective switching state and can be manually switched on or off on site.
The talento VM plus amplifier module makes it possible to place channel expansions in
different panel boards up to 50 m away from the talento 8xx/9xx plus where all programs
are stored centrally. A simple two-wire connection is all that is required. 800 memory
spaces and PC-supported programming ensure that every need in date-dependent programming
is covered.
Would you prefer LAN?
The talento LAN plus module enables uploading, downloading and editing programs
on the talento 8xx/9xx plus via ethernet.
Our taxxi remains
With the taxxi program transfer device, it‘s extremely easy to manually transfer programs
written on a PC to the talento plus line.
New switching programs are simply entered in an Excel table with the talento dialog plus
software. Needing to update software has become a thing of the past.

By means of the 4 keys up to 800 memory spaces can be programmed for the talento 89x/99x plus, following the
MENU flow. Additional PC-supported programming covers every need in date related programming.
Programs can be transferred locally to the timer in two ways:
– via IR by means of the talento taxxi plus
– via PC-laptop or USB memory stick through the USB port on the talento LAN plus.
Program transmission can also be done remotely from a PC-Laptop via a LAN or ethernet connection through the
talento LAN plus.

By external control input it is posible to switch selected
channels permanently ON until next programmed command,
to set countdown timer for selected channels, as
well as to enable impulse counting.
Each channel of talento 89x/99x plus has the capability
to work as an hour meter with reset function. It is also
possible to set maintenance service times for each channel
with a warning signal.
