CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR WORKER EATING AREAS<br />

Frequency: Start <strong>of</strong> the day, after every break time<br />

Equipment: Broomstick, dust pan, clean rags<br />

Chemical: Detergent powder, chlorine solution (300 ppm)<br />

Precautions and Preparation:<br />

Not Applicable<br />

Cleaning Procedures:<br />

1. Remove solid wastes and dirt on top <strong>of</strong> the table by wiping and put in garbage bin.<br />

2. Wipe table with rags dipped in detergent solution and chlorinated water.<br />

3. Wipe again with dry cloth.<br />

4. Wipe with rags the side portion <strong>of</strong> the sink, no food particles should be left on the sink.<br />

5. Sweep solid wastes on the floor by broomstick and dust pan.<br />

6. All wastes material removed from worker’s nook should be thrown on garbage bins near the back<br />

gate.<br />

Clean Up:<br />

1. Return all tools to proper storage area.<br />
