fewer than thirty-five were owners <strong>of</strong> mills or lands<br />

closely adjoining the Dee.* Foremost among them<br />

was Sir Richard Trevor, owner <strong>of</strong> Morford Mill which<br />

only recently Primatt and Wilding had sworn was<br />

a certain pet<strong>it</strong>ion by Gamull being endorsed,<br />
