Please always try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. For first time visitors we need sufficient time to complete client records and some treatments require signatures for consent etc. We may have to cut short your treatment or rearrange another appointment slot if you are late. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know in advance. If you simply do not turn up for your appointment a charge may be levied. For operational reasons it may be necessary for us to cancel some appointments, we will attempt to give timely notice and offer you a 20% discount on your next appointment. If your treatment involves the use of the spa pool (hot tub), swimming pool or a full body massage, we kindly ask that you shower or take a bath before arriving at the Spa (as we do not have public showering facilities available). Please do not wear strong scents/aftershave, and limit any makeup prior to any facial treatment. As part of our objective to be the first spa choice in the area, we are committed to minimising and controlling our impact on the environment through a series of continuous improvements. We will strive to improve our environmental performance and to prevent pollution. We are committed to meeting the requirements of all relevant legislation and regulations and, where no legislation exists, we will set our own minimum standards. Our commitment: We use Eco Heat Pumps for heating our pools and Spa House, in order to reduce our carbon footprint. We source high quality spa products from internationally recognised - like minded ‘green’ companies. Our energy, water and paper use is monitored and controlled to reduce consumption at every opportunity. We will endeavour to recycle our waste and to purchase recycled and organic goods wherever possible.
