Please always try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. For first time visitors we need<br />

sufficient time to complete client records and some treatments require signatures for consent etc.<br />

We may have to cut short your treatment or rearrange another appointment slot if you are late. If you are<br />

unable to make your appointment, please let us know in advance. If you simply do not turn up for your<br />

appointment a charge may be levied. For operational reasons it may be necessary for us to cancel some<br />

appointments, we will attempt to give timely notice and offer you a 20% discount on your next appointment.<br />

If your treatment involves the use of the spa pool (hot tub), swimming pool or a full body massage, we kindly<br />

ask that you shower or take a bath before arriving at the <strong>Spa</strong> (as we do not have public showering facilities<br />

available). Please do not wear strong scents/aftershave, and limit any makeup prior to any facial treatment.<br />

As a Private <strong>Spa</strong> Guest, it is your responsibility to:<br />

Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns<br />

Communicate complete & accurate health information and reasons for your visit<br />

Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect<br />

Use products, equipment and therapies as directed<br />

Engage in efforts to preserve the environment<br />

Adhere to the spa's published policies and procedures<br />

As a Private <strong>Spa</strong> Guest, you have the right to:<br />

A clean, safe and comfortable spa environment<br />

Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason<br />

Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect<br />

Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information<br />

Staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and procedures<br />

Ask specific questions about your spa experience and the treatments offered<br />
