1. Malaybalay City, Bukidn<strong>on</strong><br />
• At around 4:45PM June 12, 2012 a fl<strong>as</strong>hflood incident occur<strong>re</strong>d at Brgys. Cabangahan,<br />
Bangkud, Aglayan and Linabo, Malaybalay City, Bukidn<strong>on</strong>, due to c<strong>on</strong>tinuous heavy<br />
rains brought by the Shallow Low P<strong>re</strong>ssu<strong>re</strong> A<strong>re</strong>a (<strong>SLPA</strong>) causing the Bugka<strong>on</strong> River to<br />
overflow<br />
• Flooding also occur<strong>re</strong>d al<strong>on</strong>g the highway <strong>of</strong> Brgy. Aglayan at about 4:15 PM, 12 June<br />
2012.<br />
2. Lantapan , Bukidn<strong>on</strong><br />
• At around 2:00 P.M. June 12, 2012, a fl<strong>as</strong>hflood incident occur<strong>re</strong>d at Brgy. Bugca<strong>on</strong>,<br />
Lantapan, Bukidn<strong>on</strong>, due to the overflowing <strong>of</strong> Bugka<strong>on</strong> River caused by the c<strong>on</strong>tinuous<br />
heavy rains.<br />
• Brgy. Bugca<strong>on</strong> Bridge <strong>of</strong> Lantapan, Bukidn<strong>on</strong> w<strong>as</strong> partially damaged but still p<strong>as</strong>sable to<br />
light vehicles.<br />
• Dalaingan C<strong>re</strong>ek water barriers we<strong>re</strong> also damaged.<br />
REGION XII<br />
1. Sarangani Province<br />
• At around 6:45 A.M., 12 June 2012, a fl<strong>as</strong>hflood incident occur<strong>re</strong>d in Glan, Sarangani<br />
Province affecting Brgys. Big Margus,Pangyan and Cross<br />
• Bridge approaches <strong>of</strong> Margus Bridge and Pangayan Bridge we<strong>re</strong> partially damaged<br />
• Forty (40) fishermen affected by storm surge we<strong>re</strong> <strong>re</strong>scued<br />
2. Kidapawan City, Cotabato<br />
• At around 10:00 p.m. <strong>of</strong> 11 June 2012, a fl<strong>as</strong>hflood incident occur<strong>re</strong>d at Nursery Ph<strong>as</strong>e I,<br />
II and Lapu-lapu St<strong>re</strong>et, Brgy. Poblaci<strong>on</strong>, Kidapawan City, Cotabato.<br />
• A total <strong>of</strong> 126 families/630 pers<strong>on</strong>s we<strong>re</strong> affected by the incident: seven (7) families/35<br />
pers<strong>on</strong>s a<strong>re</strong> cur<strong>re</strong>ntly staying at the Day Ca<strong>re</strong> Center at Ph<strong>as</strong>e II Brgy Poblaci<strong>on</strong>,<br />
Kidapawan City<br />
• Two (2) pers<strong>on</strong>s we<strong>re</strong> <strong>re</strong>ported inju<strong>re</strong>d<br />
3. Sultan Kudarat<br />
• At around 09:00 P.M. <strong>of</strong> 11 June 2012, a fl<strong>as</strong>hflood incident occur<strong>re</strong>d at Brgys. Obial,<br />
Sta. Clara, Hinalaan and Himulan, Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat due to c<strong>on</strong>tinuous heavy<br />
rains<br />
