It is a requirement under the Health<br />
& Safety (Safety Signs and Signals)<br />
Regulations 1996 to identify pipework<br />
that transports dangerous substances<br />
with warning symbols on a coloured<br />
background.<br />
These signs and pocket guides showing<br />
the recommended identification colours<br />
to BS 1710, together with safety symbols,<br />
can act as training aids to your staff.<br />
Our tapes are made to the colour recommendations of BS1710<br />
1984 in rolls sized 33m x 50mm, 33m x 100mm and 33m<br />
x 150mm which are gloss laminated with adhesive backing<br />
(minimum order 6). Hazardous contents must be identified by<br />
the use of hazard symbols fixed to the tape.<br />
