flexible compressor solution, meeting customer

Horizontally split gear casing, for ease of onsite inspection
and maintenance of rotating assemblies, bearings & seals
Aerodynamically shaped Inlet Guide Vanes (IGV’s) improve part
load operating efficiency by 9 % versus traditional throttle valve.
High strength Phenolic coating on all internal air passages (including
coolers) for comprehensive corrosion protection.
Premium ferritic stainless steel intercoolers (and optional aftercooler)
provides unmatched corrosion protection and maximizes
long-term machine efficiency and reliability. SS tubes are straight
thru design, and fully roddable in place. Tubes are robotically welded
to SS endplates (in inert argon atmosphere) to eliminate possibility
of leaks. Our coolers are a testament to the superior design
and quality that is built-in, as standard, to every ZHC machine.
Process-duty, horizontally split flexible pad journal bearing
with integral tapered land thrust faces on high speed shafts. Horizontally
split journal bearing on low speed shaft.
Superior AGMA Q-13 class gearing (aircraft quality) feature higher
tolerance, lower noise level, lower friction losses and vibration
versus competition.
Double patented seal system provides long lasting performance
(floating carbon ring air seal, labyrinth oil seal).
17-4 stainless steel impellers with state-of-the art
geometry for highest operating efficiency and large turndown
range.
100 % maintenance-free, dry flexible disc type coupling
provides maximum up-time. No shutdowns required for
re-greasing.
