Quality Assurance in Tightening Management Software<br />
<strong>Tools</strong>Talk QAT<br />
The PC program <strong>Tools</strong>Talk QAT completes<br />
the quality assurance system to<br />
calculate and provide all the information<br />
you want regarding your tools. In <strong>Tools</strong>Talk<br />
QAT you manage your tools in a<br />
tool database, a tightening database<br />
and a supplier database. It enables advanced<br />
statistics/SPC and graphs.<br />
<strong>Tools</strong>Talk QAT also communicates<br />
with <strong>Tools</strong>Net making it possible to get<br />
exact information on to calibrate and<br />
service based not only on time but also<br />
on the exact number of tightenings performed.<br />
Its Zone Management function<br />
makes it possible to supervise the entire<br />
factory. The Cost Management function<br />
keeps you informed of the costs related<br />
to each tool, calibration and spare parts.<br />
<strong>Tools</strong>Talk QAT communicates with<br />
ACTA 4000.<br />
BLM Torque Supervisor<br />
The software BLM Torque Supervisor is<br />
the ideal program for handling tools, tightening<br />
and joint analysis. It automatically<br />
keeps track of calibration due date schedules<br />
for power tools and torque wrenches,<br />
as well as supervising the complete tool<br />
stock within the factory. It manages and<br />
collects data from residual torque checks<br />
done on the assembly line as well as tool<br />
checks done at the tool crib, and supervises<br />
statistics for each tool and application.<br />
The software can be installed either on a<br />
single pc station or on multi factory stations<br />
in the factory network.<br />
