Rotascreen Trendline G – closed bearing system
The most versatile printing machine on the market. Any repeat size from 64

The ASG Variocolor application system is based on the famous Original
Zimmer Magnet System Plus and combines all advantages of the Magnet
System with the traditional blade squeegee system (like perfectly even color
application, 100 % reproducibility and easy electronic magnet power
adjustment).
The IPS Intermitting Print System is electronically
controlled. All screens are lifted and lowered
individually during the printing process at a printing
speed of up to 25 m/min. Maximum repeat accuracy
is guaranteed.
Any repeat size can be printed independently of the
mounted screen sizes. Center prints and double
repeat sizes for the booming fashion and home textile
prints are available.
RG-S1-ASG
RG-S1-ECO modular squeegee construction enables individual exchange
of parts like color pipe, main body, magnet holding ledge and side limiters
(all components bolted, not glued). Ultra light and versatile.
The color feeding pipe is available in aluminum, stainless steel or CFK carbon
fibre. Each type can be exchanged with the others.

The BVS micro-channel system for the color
distribution inside the color pipe type RG-S2
minimizes the amount of color. Especially for
short print runs this can be an important economic
feature. The distribution of the color inside the
screen is perfectly even with any paste viscosity.

The PWS Print & Wash System. All screens and squeegees are washed
in the machine in minimum time with minimum water consumption.
The color inside the screen and inside the squeegee type RG-S2-PWS
is first sucked out and then circulation water and fresh water
optimize the washing effect.
