Strategic / Financial Partners and other material contracts:<br />
The Company does not have any strategic/financial partner other than technical and<br />
financial collaboration with the Promoters. There has been no material contract<br />
which is not in the ordinary course of business and which has devolved upon the<br />
Company in terms of the Scheme or which has been entered into by the Company<br />
after the Effective Date.<br />
