General description<br />
The SystemOrganizer software is a planning and<br />
configuration tool for the Flamenco system. It pro‐<br />
vides the user interface to the OSY-ControlCenter<br />
and enables the complete parameter setting for the<br />
call system.<br />
The handling and the subdivision follows Flamen‐<br />
co's basic principle. The physical parameters are<br />
strictly separated from the organisational assign‐<br />
ments.<br />
The access is password protected by 5 different<br />
user levels. Herewith is ensured, that each user<br />
group (planning office, care management...) can<br />
only make the settings, which are important for him/<br />
her.<br />
Right from the planning stage the SystemOrgani‐<br />
zer is used to enter the project structures of buil‐<br />
dings, wards and rooms. All parameters can be mo‐<br />
dified every time to adapt to the respective needs.<br />
By using the data from the beginning of the plan‐<br />
ning over the whole life cycle of the system it will ne‐<br />
ver be necessary to enter data twice. All data can<br />
be copied, saved and read out from an OSY-Con‐<br />
trolCenter. Herewith it is ensured, that every time<br />
the valid data are used.<br />
