In this case the range of functions and the perform‐ ance characteristics are caused by the used pbx solution. For the connection a close agreement be‐ tween the customer and the supplier of the pbx sol‐ ution is needed to ensure save operation. The incurring costs for adaptations and system in‐ tegration are not part of the scope of delivery. These costs are brought into account separately according to the effort.
