50 The <strong>UniBasic</strong> SYSTEM(50) function returns a list of files open in <strong>UniBasic</strong><br />

as a dynamic array. The first field is multivalued, and contains the following<br />

information:<br />

Value 1 – The maximum number of files that can be opened system-wide.<br />

Value 2 – The current number of hashed files open in <strong>UniBasic</strong>.<br />

Value 3 – The current number of dynamic hashed files open in <strong>UniBasic</strong>.<br />

Value 4 – The current number of recoverable hashed files open in <strong>UniBasic</strong>.<br />

Value 5 – The current number of sequential and OS-level files open in<br />

<strong>UniBasic</strong>.<br />

Value 6 – The current number of index files open in <strong>UniBasic</strong>.<br />

Value 7 – The current number of temporarily closed files in <strong>UniBasic</strong>.<br />

51 Returns information about device licensing. If you are not using device<br />

licensing, SYSTEM(51) returns a null string.<br />

52 Returns the entire command stack for the <strong>UniBasic</strong> program at runtime. The<br />

command stack is stored in a dynamic array. <strong>Commands</strong> are separated by<br />

attribute marks (@FM).<br />

In a UDTelnet session, returns the IP address. In a console session, returns<br />

the word “Console”.<br />

513 Returns the current UniData version and build number.<br />

514 Returns the number of UniData users currently logged in. SYSTEM(514)<br />

Returns the localized name of the Administrators group. The group name<br />

differs based on the localized version of Windows.<br />

Note - SYSTEM(515) lets UniData SQL create privilege table records for<br />

items owned by the Administrators group, even if the Windows version is<br />

not an English-language version.<br />

Returns 1 if the user is a member of the local Administrators group.<br />

Otherwise, returns 0.<br />

9010 Returns the type of database. This function returns UD if the database is<br />

UniData, or UV if the database is UniVerse. If the database is the UniData<br />

Personal Edition, the function returns UD.PE.<br />
