OCONV Date (D) Syntax OCONV(integer.exp, "D [y] [c] [fmt]") Description The OCONV date (D) function converts an integer in internal date format to date display format. If the input value or conversion code is invalid, UniData returns the input value. UniData ignores leading zeros in the input date. Note: The internal format of the date is the number of days before or after December 31, 1967. Days before are represented as negative numbers. With UDT.OPTIONS 4 on, this command converts the text of dates to uppercase. For example, May 13 is converted to MAY 13. With UDT.OPTIONS 29 on, this command converts Sunday to 7 instead of 0. For information about UDT.OPTIONS, see the UDT.OPTIONS Commands Reference. In BASICTYPE P, OCONV returns an empty string if UDT.OPTIONS 56 is on and the input value or conversion code is invalid.
