Syntax<br />

DEACTIVATEKEY , [ON ] [ON ERROR<br />

]<br />

Description<br />

Use the DEACTIVATEKEY command to deactivate a key or a wallet. This command<br />

is useful to deactivate keys to make your system more secure.<br />

Note: You can deactivate only keys with password protection with this command.<br />

Keys that do not have password protection are automatically activated and cannot be<br />

deactivated.<br />

Parameters<br />

The following table describes each parameter of the syntax.<br />

Parameter Description<br />

key.id The key ID or wallet ID to deactivate. If you provide a Wallet ID,<br />

UniData deactivates all keys in the wallet.<br />
