Parameter Description 1-940 UniBasic Commands Reference domHandle Handle to the opened DOM structure. [OUT] xmlOptions A string specifying the key/value pairs for the encoding, standalone, and version options to be declared in the XML document created by this function. [IN] The string can be entered in either of the following formats: "version=1.0 encoding=ISO-8859-1 standalone=yes" or ’version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1" standalone="no"’ The encoding, standalone, and version options are the same as those in the xmlconfig file and accept the same values. Keys and values are case-insensitive. Valid encoding settings can be found at http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets XDOMCreateRoot Parameter
