Weather By The Moon
PLANTING BY THE MOON
Early farmers always planted by the Moon. Because
rainfall, temperature, and light affect the germination of
seeds.it was important to know how the Moon affected
weather. When the Moon passed in front of a particular
constellation, cultivation, sowing and planting were enhanced.
For instance, when the Moon passed in front of
the sky region of Leo, not only was the formation of fruit
and seed furthered, but the quality of the seeds was improved.
The four formative trends appear in the sequence:root,
flower, leaf, fruit/seed, and these trends are repeated
three times in the course of 27 days. The duration in which
each impulse is active varies in length between one and a
half and four days. The inner quality though, was considered
to be individual to each constellation, which puts the
Moon as the reflector of the ever-changing quality of the
Sun throughout the course of the year.
