Comments: My oldest maternal ancestor's name was Sarah Jane Herrington. She was born in the
1830s in Kentucky. She died in Pulaski Co., Kentucky. Her daughter, my greatgrandmother, was
also born in Pulaski Co. KY and her name was Margaret White. She died in Westport, IN. My
grandmother was born in Pulaski Co. Her name was Sarah Eliza Gideon. She died in Gary, IN.
My paternal ancestors were Irish and so were the males on my mother's line. I expected to be in
Haplogroup H. I was very surprised to find that I was in Haplogroup V. My results from HVR2
surprised me as 72C and 200G seem to be in a minority. I have ordered the FGS (10/2) as a result
of these surprises. The expected results are to be in early November.
