The Orangery<br />
One of the focal points of the Grand Lodge is<br />
of course the Grand Temple where the ritual<br />
of the Council of Solace is performed each<br />
day. It is located on the first floor of an ancient<br />
outbuilding called “the Orangery.” The ground<br />
floor of this former orangery was used in the<br />
past as a winter garden or a summer lounge.<br />
