SALE NOTICE<br />
Following <strong>assets</strong>/items are available <strong>for</strong> <strong>sale</strong> by open auction to be held on 26-July-2011<br />
<strong>at</strong> 2:00 pm in the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> undersigned. The moto <strong>of</strong> <strong>sale</strong> is strictly on “as is where is<br />
basis” and as a whole in one lot only. Interested buyers may particip<strong>at</strong>e in auction upon<br />
furnishing the demand draft <strong>of</strong> Rs 40,000 drawn <strong>at</strong> any N<strong>at</strong>ionalized bank, in favour <strong>of</strong><br />
“Pay and Accounts Officer, <strong>Ministry</strong> Of Corpor<strong>at</strong>e Affairs Kolk<strong>at</strong>a” payable <strong>at</strong><br />
Kolk<strong>at</strong>a. The minimum reserve price <strong>for</strong> the items is 4.00 lacs. The <strong>sale</strong> is subject to<br />
confirm<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Ministry</strong> and the highest bidder has to deposit the balance <strong>sale</strong><br />
consider<strong>at</strong>ion within ten days from the d<strong>at</strong>e the said confirm<strong>at</strong>ion is conveyed to him. The<br />
items shall be delivered only after full payment. The <strong>assets</strong> maybe inspected in the <strong>of</strong>fice<br />
<strong>of</strong> undersigned from 20 th July 11 onwards. For any further querry the interested parties<br />
