used:- With reference to the wireless massage from the Collector , Jalna dt. 27/7/89.
Tahsildar Partur issued letter to the revenue authorities namely
a) all circle inspectors and Talathis of Partur taluka to assess the damage due to flood by
personally inspecting the spot & to submit the report point wise in the prescribed
format. The various points involved are listed below:-
1. Village affected due to flood & their respective population.
2. Lives lost.
3. Families affected & their number of persons.
4. No. of houses damaged
5. Cost of houses damaged.
6. Damage to cattle / cattle depots.
7. Cost of damaged cattle depots
8. No. of field owner affecting crops in more than 50% area
9. Crop damage area-
a) No. of damages area:- For example
