Healthcare Crisis Resonates<br />
On behalf of the IHRSA Health Care Task Force, I’d<br />
like to extend our thanks to IHRSA for inviting us to<br />
present at this year’s European Congress. The first<br />
session was very well attended—we actually had to<br />
add chairs to the room. At the second session, we<br />
had over 35 people, but what was most interesting<br />
and gratifying to us was that 90% of the people who<br />
attended that session had also attended the 90-minute<br />
session the previous evening. The staggering challenges<br />
of the worldwide healthcare crisis continue to resonate<br />
strongly with club owners. The healthcare research we<br />
conducted on the European market clearly paid off.<br />
