suppliers for the supply of the following items. The material
should manufactured of top quality and durable and should
be supplied within 15 days from the date of placing order.

The tenders should be superscribed “Tender for the
supply of (Name of the item)” and addressed to
“Principal, Kerala Forest School, Arippa”. The tender
should quote the rate of single unit of the item, freight
charges and the taxes applicable for the purchase by
Government department separately. Tenders should be
enclosed with sample piece of the item. The successful
tender will have to sign an agreement in a stamp paper
worth `100 regarding the successful execution of the
supply in respect of quality, quantity and the period of
supply. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will
be opened by the undersigned at 3.30 p. m. on 20-2-2013
in the presence of such of the tenderers or their
authorized representatives who may present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the
Principal, Kerala Forest School, Arippa obtain the requisite
tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.
Application for the tender form should be accompanied by
a cash remittance of ` 400 + 4% VAT which is the price
fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not
refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are
not transferable. Cheques, Postage Stamps, etc. will not
be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the
forms be sent per V. P. P. The undersigned
reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning
any reasons.
