8. <strong>The</strong> Plan has targeted to make the judiciary dynamic and effective so as to bring about<br />
judicial reforms. <strong>The</strong> Plan presumes that the leadership of the judiciary, chiefs of the<br />
organizations, judicial manpower and other stakeholders shall from their respective sectors<br />
provided positive assistance for attainment of its objective. Provided, there is defiance<br />
against the changes by these parties, then the Plan will not be able to achieve the desired<br />
results.<br />
9. <strong>The</strong> Plan through the application of information technology proposes to maintain electronic<br />
records of many subject matters and also proposes to expand information network. However,<br />
due to technical difficulties, insufficient resources and other risks that may be encountered in<br />
this sector may have a direct impact on the Plan.<br />

Mitigating Measures<br />
Through the various strategic interventions mentioned hereinabove, efforts to mitigate the risk<br />
have been done. In addition to the above strategic interventions the following efforts are<br />
deemed necessary to mitigate the above mentioned risks.
